Privacy Policy for Clients
(supplement to the Privacy Policy for Visitors that applies to all who carry out an online loss assessment at J&V Services)
1. Data provided by the client
J&V Services can use the data provided by the client for the following purposes:
1a Processing the loss assessment.
1b Sending one or more e-mails related to the case such as, but not limited to, an e-mail containing login details.
1c Bringing (occasional) attention to a service, a tip, a skill, etc. that J&V Services believes can contribute to a more successful website visit for the client.
2. Providing data to third parties
Data provided by the client to J&V Services will not be passed on to third parties. However, there are two exceptions to this rule:
2a If a court order has been issued to provide data.
2b If the client’s insurer requests providing the data.
3. Security
The data that the client provides to J&V Services are stored in a secure environment.
4. Rectification of client data
The client has the option to rectify the data provided at any time. In such a case, J&V Services may ask the client to report the rectification in the manner prescribed by J&V Services. Identification may be required in some cases.
